Recruitment Process (Applicant)
1. Submit CV
You may submit your Curriculum Vitae (CV) or fill out our application form thru Apply or by browsing our Job Posting. Sending CVs thru our website will be considered that you acknowledged the Privacy Policy of the company.
2. Initial Screening
Our recruitment team will screen and review your CV submitted. Our recruitment team may also conduct a phone interview to validate and gather more information about the details indicated in your CV.
Should you be qualified, your CV will be included in our database for manpower pooling.
3. Endorsement to Employer
Should your qualification match with our job opening, We will endorse your application to the employer for screening and assessment
Once you are shortlisted, we will notify you that your CV was selected by the Employer for their screening.
4. Employer's Interview
If you were selected by the employer, our recruitment team will notify you for the details about the final interview with the employer either face-to-face interview or through apps such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams or WhatsApp, among others.
5. Job Offer
You will be informed by our recruitment team if you will need to undergo trade assessment.
6. Job Offer
You will be called by our recruitment team to discuss the Job Offer made by the employer should you pass the Employer’s Interview.
7. Documentation to Dispatch
Upon acceptance of the job offer, you will be endorsed to our Compliance Team, who will guide you through the medical examination requirements, visa application process, and all necessary procedures to complete the government-mandated documentation, including the issuance of your Overseas Employment Certificate (OEC).
General Requirements:
- Valid Passport: Book your appointment at the DFA Portal
- E-registration: Create account at POEA website
- Pre-Employment Orientation Seminar: Registration now through DMW website
- Passport Size Picture
- Pagibig Number
- NBI Clearance - more than 6 months validity
- Diploma (If available)
- Transcript of Records (If available)
- Employment Certificates
- Vaccination Certificate (Complete doses with booster) or Yellow Card from Bureau of Quarantine
- Certificates/Licensed needed based on the Job you are applying for.
