• Construct and dismantle formwork systems including timber and proprietary systems
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Carry out steel fixing including cutting, bending, and tying reinforcement
• Prepare and position reinforcement cages
• Place, pour, vibrate, and finish concrete
• Ensure correct alignment, levels, and structural accuracy
• Assist with concrete pours and coordinate with operators
• Work safely alongside heavy machinery
• Maintain clean and safe worksite
• Follow all health and safety requirements
